For a large German car manufacturer, we adapted our mobile PROJECT DAITERS escape room to teaching their future management content. In the process, we integrated the new management principles with the game to complement the puzzle components and lead to solutions in the game. It forces the participants to deal with the individual principles to successfully accomplish their mission. This will introduce managers to the new guidelines in a fun, motivating way, helping them to internalise the principles as hands-on experience to readily share them with their teams.
The positive effects of teaching with our corporate escape rooms impressed the client in no time: Meanwhile, we developed another customisation for this car manufacturer, this time dealing with data culture. This was a high-level customisation, using built-in training periods, numerous video sequences and a highly targeted gameplay to achieve an exceptionally intense and poignant interaction with the organisation’s objectives and messages.
We store both customisations for this client so the car manufacturer’s departments can exclusively book them as a repeatedly retrievable concept.
With a completely customised corporate escape game, we were able to assist a large German pharmaceuticals company with educating their employees about occupational health and safety. Puzzles had to be solved practically and theoretically throughout the course of the game to convey all the related processes to be observed at work. This escape game is also embedded in a company-specific storyline, enabling employees to establish a clear reference between their workplace and the thrilling game experience.
